Shipping Policy

All items will be delivered by Canada Post using standard shipping.

Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days however there can be a delay.

Once package is shipped, it is out of our control how long it will take to arrive.

We are not responsible for lost items while in transit, customer must contact the carrier.

We are not responsible for returned items due to invalid address or refused upon delivery. Customer will have to pay cost for re-shipping or pick it up at the store.

Regular priced items can be exchanged or store credited within 7 days of the original date of purchase (in store only)

Original receipt / order number is required.

Items must be in unworn condition and tags must still be attached.
